Cristian Liriano, PE. PRESIDENT/OWNER/PRINCIPAL is a licensed Professional Engineer (NY/NJ)  with 30 years of experience in Construction Management. He has overseen all phases of multi-million dollar infrastructures, transportations, and environmental projects for the New York government agencies and private-sector clients. Mr. Liriano’s experiences include the management of project supervisors, engineers, services, safety, subcontractors, and construction crews with a history of completing projects on time and within budget.

 Mr. Richard Galli, P.E., joins Liriano's Team as our Senior Environmental Project Executive focusing on providing his experience in the environmental field. In addition to Mr. Galli, we have, as a part of our team, Mr. Jeffrey Kitt and Warren Hanson extensive experience in Environmental Impact Analysis, permitting, and Stormwater pollution and control management. 

Mr. Galli's forty-five years of experience in designing and engineering municipal, industrial and hazardous waste treatment facilities, including municipal landfills, solid waste management facilities, maintaining environmental compliance, and achieving project objectives for water/wastewater projects and business development and surface impoundments, become a vital part of Liriano Engineering. It allows us to deliver efficient projects to the engineering industry as per his extensive experience working on construction-related environmental projects, specifically in NYC Metro Area. He has been responsible for designing industrial waste and hazardous waste treatment facilities, solid waste management facilities, environmental licensing studies for the power industry, landfills, garbage-burning facilities, and composting operations, including odor control design and analysis. He has extensive experience in the areas of biological waste and heavy metal removal treatment systems. Within these 45 years of experience, Mr. Galli has designed numerous anaerobic waste treatment systems throughout the U.S. and Canada. These A.D. systems have been designed for the cheese and dairy industry, various food processing facilities, pulp and paper industries, and waste processing industries. 

Mr. Galli has extensive experience performing hazardous site remedial investigations for industrial, commercial, and residential properties. Mr. Galli has designed soil and groundwater remediation projects throughout the New York City Metropolitan area. He has also performed or supervised the performance of over 700 hazardous waste site assessments throughout New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania in response to banks, lenders, attorneys, or regulatory requirements for real estate property transfers and corporate acquisitions. 

Liriano Engineering also welcomes Jeffrey Kitt as Senior Environmental Planner. Mr. Kitt has over 28 years of experience in the environmental engineering field.  His expertise encompasses the preparation of environmental review documents and analyses for environmental and transportation projects under the jurisdiction of the New York City Environmental Quality Review Act, New York State Environmental Quality Review Act, and the National Environmental Policy Act.  

Mr. Kitt is also adept at preparing necessary permitting applications for federal, state and local agencies.  His career began as a Transportation Planner for MTA New York City Transit and Long Island Bus.  He earned an M.S. in Urban Planning from the Columbia University School of Architecture, Planning, and Preservation.  Mr. Kitt has 28 years of experience in applying and complying with applicable regulations relating to environmental issues governing projects in New York City, New York State, the State of Connecticut, and the State of New Jersey as well as the Federal Government.

Warren Hanson has extensive experience in Environmental Impact Analysis, permitting, and Stormwater pollution and control management.
